Who we are
PeerSeed is a grassroots movement rooted in lived experience, building dignity-driven solutions through community, visibility, and truth.
Stories That Matter
This is a space where lived experience is honored, not hidden. These are the voices of people who have walked through struggle, resilience, loss, recovery, and transformation — and who are willing to share their truth so our community can grow in understanding. Each story invites us to slow down, listen deeply, and see the human being behind the circumstances. When we witness each other with honesty and dignity, change becomes possible

Flying Signs Of Hope
Flying Signs of Hope is a grassroots awareness project that invites housed neighbors to briefly step into the experience many people facing homelessness live every day. Volunteers stand in safe public areas holding a sign with a QR code that directs passersby to donate essential items or support local outreach efforts.
By creating this moment of visibility and empathy, the project helps our community see the humanity behind homelessness while channeling real support to organizations already doing the work. It’s a simple act with a powerful impact: raising awareness, shifting perception, and connecting people in Asheville to meaningful ways they can help.
HELP US OUT!!!!!
Each volunteer becomes a bridge between the community and the organizations working tirelessly to provide support, reminding Asheville that change begins with awareness. By bringing visibility, compassion, and action together in one simple gesture, this project helps our city move toward a more understanding and humane response to homelessness.
